Telehealth is a method using face to face telecommunications technology over the internet for psychotherapy sessions and coaching sessions.

Good-Faith Estimate

At Solutions for the Silent, clients without insurance have the right to receive a good-faith estimate of the expected costs for any non-emergency medical service. This estimate will be provided in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than the estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.

Individual Counseling

We incorporate evidence-based therapy techniques to address anxiety, depression or stress management issues to help you improve your quality of life.

  • What insurance providers do you accept?

    UHC, Cigna, Anthem, Optum, CareSource, Molina, Buckeye, UMR, Medical Mutual

  • Superbill – Can I get reimbursed if my insurance provider is out of network?

    A superbill will be made available to you at your request for you to submit to your insurance provider for out of network reimbursement.
